Before you buy: checklist

Four checks before checkout: the right game, current Zen firmware, the console connection, and the controller.

  1. Right game. NBA 2K27 → yew2K. NBA 2K26 → Hoops, Prime or Green. Fortnite → yewFN. MLB The Show 26 → Dime. Rainbow Six Siege → Siege. Details.
  2. Zen firmware current. Firmware 2.3.2 is the version referenced on this site. Zen Studio Live 1.0.8 is the primary tool. Details.
  3. Console. The rear CONSOLE port goes to the PS5, Xbox or PC. PROG is for programming from a PC. Details.
  4. Controller. Plugs into the A1 USB port on the front. The menu will not open otherwise. Details.
  5. In-game settings (2K). Shot Timing: Shots and Layups. Shot Meter: Off. Details.
